Dominic DeRosa Obituary
Dominic Anthony DeRosa, age 59, of West Haven passed away suddenly on June 1, 2024. He was the loving husband of Theresa Kalakay DeRosa. Dominic was born in Milford, son of the late Dominic and Lorretta Bialczyk DeRosa. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his sons, Dominic and Nicholas DeRosa of West Haven, his siblings Elaine Young of RI, Lisa Ianello of Guilford, and Robert DeRosa of Milford, and many nieces and nephews. Dominic was also predeceased by his brothers Michael, Stephen, and Christopher DeRosa.
Dominic was a plumber for many years, working for Local Union 777. He was proud member of the West Haven Italian American Club and the West Haven Elks Lodge 1537.
The hours for visitation will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
