Dominic Fajardo of Carmel, IN, passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 19 from injuries sustained in a car accident. He was born in Indianapolis, IN, on December 31, 2005, to parents, Roman Fajardo and Sarah (Templeton) Tannehill.
Dominic was a lover of all animals, and he initially wanted to become a veterinarian until he learned how much schooling was required! To know Dominic is to know that a structured school setting wasn’t for him. He then switched his focus and love to cars and received a couple certifications in mechanical engineering. He had an infectious smile and charm to match, which will be deeply missed. His love for his girlfriend, Willa, was his greatest accomplishment and he was so proud to be her partner.
He is survived by parents, Roman Fajardo, Sarah (Zach) Tannehill; siblings, Lainie Fajardo, Marquez Fajardo, Ava Tannehill; grandmother, Alicia Fajardo; nephew, Rowen; aunt, Leslie Hall; uncles, Troy (Trish) Fajardo, Juan (Jenn) Fajardo; as well as many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roman; cousins, Tyler, Azaria; brother, Gabriel; maternal grandmother, Debbie; maternal grandfather, Rollie; uncle, Danny Hall.
