Don Dallenbach aged 58, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at home on January 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 9, 1966, in Taipei, Taiwan, Don had a heart of service and dedicated his life to supporting others, both in his career and in his personal relationships.
A proud 32-year member of the Hendersonville Fire Department, Don served as a Captain on C Shift at Station 5, where he was admired for his courage and commitment to the community. His legacy will continue to inspire future generations of firefighters who follow in his footsteps.
Don was a 1984 graduate of Hendersonville High School, but it was his profound love for his family that defined him in later years. He was a devoted husband to his wife of 28 years, Denise Dallenbach, and an adoring father to his sons, Dylan Dallenbach (Sierah) and Drew Dallenbach (Emily). Don cherished every moment with his family, taking great pride in his role as a husband and father.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Patsy Osgatharp; father-in-law, Jack Osgatharp; and siblings, brother Heath Hagan (Emily), sister Jeanie Bandy (Eric), brother Casey Hagan (Lauren); cousin who he considered his sister, Shannon Dallenbach Thompson; and his aunt, Sue Tricario. He leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and cherished members of his Hendersonville Fire Department family.
Don is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Laurie Dallenbach, and his sister, Tracy Dallenbach.
