Don Gunn

Gunn, Don - of Clio, age 68, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025, at McLaren Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Don's life will be held at 3PM, Friday, April 4, 2025, at O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. The family will receive visitors on Friday from 11AM until 3PM.
Don was born on April 8, 1956, in Flint, Michigan. Don was a cherished husband, father, and friend who lived life to the fullest. He graduated from Mt. Morris High School with the class of 1974, laying the foundation for a fulfilled life dedicated to family and craft. On August 24, 1985, he married the love of his life, Michele Kushuba, and together they built a radiant family that became his pride and joy. Don spent an impressive 48 years working as a tool and die maker for General Motors, becoming a respected figure in the automotive industry. A true outdoorsman, Don found joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. His vibrant spirit shone through his love of laughter, as he was known as the family jokester and prankster. Don's great sense of humor and infectious personality lightened the lives of those around him, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was truly an all-around good guy with a kind and caring soul.
Surviving are: Loving wife, Michele Gunn; Daughters: Stephanie Gunn, Bethany Gunn, and Rebecca Gunn; Grandchildren: Jaymanar, Desire, Raven, Lilly, Ayla; Father, Donald Gunn; Siblings: Ron (Mavis) Gunn, Kathy (John) Kristhart, Matt (Jodi) Gunn; Sister-In-Laws: Rita (Randy) Carrels, Doris (Mike) Cauzillo, Darlene (Bart) Morris; Brother-In-Law, John (Sandy) Kushuba; Many good friends and family.
