Don Rust Obituary
Don M. Rust, 82 of Noblesville, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024. Don was born December 25, 1941 in Louisville, KY to the late George and Betty Ann Rust. He was a veteran of the US Navy.
Don was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church. He was an avid golfer and was a member of Harbour Trees Golf Club for over 20 years. Don also enjoyed woodworking. He was an avid University of Kentucky Wildcats supporter, evidenced by in hats, shirts, and all apparel he wore.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, June 6 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, June 7. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
Don is survived by his wife, Jane; children, Julia Scott, Carolynn (husband, Roger) Starr and Robbie Rust; grandchildren, Ethan and Lucy Scott; brother, David (wife, Anna) Rust.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
