Don Thomas Obituary
Funeral services celebrating the life of Don Thomas will be held Monday, August 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Union Church in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Dick Lintelman officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Minden under the direction of Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Rose Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Don was born November 5, 1932, in Haynesville, Louisiana and met his Savior August 17, 2024, in Minden, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Air Force, and he retired from LAAP as an electrical control supervisor. Don loved flying his plane, watching Nascar races, (especially Jeff Gordon) and was an avid Saints fan. He loved working on electronics and could repair anything
Don was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ovie Blackwell Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Martin Thomas and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
