A memorial service for Donald Lee Bauer, 91, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Donald was born August 4, 1934 in George West, Texas and passed away September 6, 2025 in Woodville, Texas. HE was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Bauer and Virginia (Hines) Bauer; and sister, Jonell Amerson.

Donald retired from Stewart and Stevenson in Houston after 44 years as a loyal employee and along with his wife Kathleen began a long journey of traveling and living life to the fullest. He and Kathleen were married almost 70 years when he passed. He will always be remembered for his ability to make everyone laugh, his sweet nature and being a hard working husband and father.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Bauer of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Cheryl Braddick of Florence, Alabama, Donna Ryba and David of Livingston, Texas, and Anita Marshall of Willis, Texas; grandchildren, Matthew Braddick, Heather Kroll and Jason, Laura Braddick and John, Andrew Lalumandier, and Natalie Lunceford and Cody; great grandchildren, Henry Cochran, Carson Cochran, Courney Trammel, Carleigh Anderson, Cambry Anderson, Fallon Lunceford, Brilynn Lunceford, and Adelynn Lalumandier; great-great grandchild, Addisyn; and sisters, Shirley Pace, Norma Snead, Pete Bauer, and Carolyn Whitehead; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
