Donald L. Budzyn

Donald L. Budzyn, age 61, passed away June 4, 2022.
To know a family man was to know Don. He loved his children and wife unconditionally and would drop everything for any one of them. He never did it for credit or glory, but as his way of showing how much he loved them. Don loved fixing things and could always figure out anything. From helping his children with issues that pop up to redoing the kitchen that he and his wife share. He loved spending time with his two dogs, as much as they would often drive him insane. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the mechanic shop. Don ran a successful landscaping company which he grew after a back injury left doctors stating he may never walk again. In many ways this sums up Don, he marched to the beat of his own drum and lived life the way he wanted. He was a man that could talk to anyone about anything. All that knew him will sorely miss him.
Don was the beloved husband of Karen Budzyn for the past 29 years; loving father of Brandon (Michelle) Krieger, Courtney (Peter) Hotaling, and Cody (Nicole) Budzyn; grandfather of Olivia Krieger; and dear brother of Michael Budzyn, Kathy (Michael) Folts, and Debbie (John) Schatz. He also leaves behind his wonderful pet dogs, Banana and Ollie.
Visitation Friday, June 10, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan. Visitation will continue Saturday, June 11, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
