Donald Lewis Cramer, 90 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on May 3, 2025.
Don was born on November 21, 1934 in Sedalia, MO. He was the youngest of seven children born to Lewis and Dorothy Cramer. It was in Sedalia, where he met the love of his life, Nina Howard. They were married on March 8, 1958 and from this marriage were blessed with two children. Don and Nina moved to the Kansas City area where he honed his craft as a barber, eventually opening up various barbershops throughout the Northland. Don was a family man and enjoyed being in the company of his loved ones whether it was fishing and hunting on the family farm, traveling, or testing his luck at the casino.
Don is preceded in death by his parents and siblings, four brothers and 2 sisters. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his wife of 67 years, Nina; children, Michelle Edgar (Bob Aviles) and Douglas (Cheryl) Cramer; grandchildren, Ashley Edgar (Stephen Comstock), Jessi (Evan) McKinley, Brady Cramer and Evan (Sky) Cramer; great grandchildren, Timothy French Jr., Aila McKinley, Oli-Jay Herd, Cael and Brynlee Comstock; and many extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 11th at 2:00pm at Terrace Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to NorthCare Hospice.
