Donald S Estepp, 89, husband of Bonnie B Estepp, passed away Monday September 29, 2025. Born in Lexington, Ky on March 29,1936, he was the son of the late Ernest and Sarah Estepp. He is also preceded in death by two brothers (Darrell and Richard Estepp), a daughter (Tammy Estepp Maddox) and son-in-law (Mike Hoover). He is survived by his wife (Bonnie Estepp), daughter (Donna Estepp Hoover), son Jeff (Tracy) Estepp, son-in-law (Gary Maddox). 6 Grandchildren - Michael (Jamie) Hamm, Christopher (Haley) Hamm, Jessica Ferguson, Sarah (Robert) Ewing, Patrick (Bethany) Truman and Brandon (Ashley) Truman. 10 great-grandchildren (Everly, Grayson, Griffin, Elix, Colton, Robert Jr, Jaydin, Sebastian, Lexie and Nathan. As well as numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews. Donald was honorably discharged from the Navy where he served 4 years on active duty and 4 years on inactive duty. After the Navy he worked numerous jobs and attended school for auto mechanics. He then worked as an auto mechanic for the post office until his retirement. He attended and served at Pleasant Grove Christian Church in Garrad Co. for many years. Donald was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. A very genuine and caring man. He will be forever missed but leaves us with cherished memories. Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday October 6, 2025, at North View Baptist Church, by Rev Terry Murphy. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday at North View Baptist Church.
