Donald Holtz Keal entered the world alongside his twin brother, Ronald Holtz Keal, on June 17, 1966 in Tacoma, Washington. He was born to Odean Keal and later adopted by Larry Keal, who raised him until he left this world.

He attended Wilson High School in Tacoma, Washington, after which he joined the military. In January 1989, he married Patricia Hudspeth. Of this union, they had Kanisha Keal and Kevin Keal. Later in life, Donald went on to have Kavon Graham, Zyia Aponte, and Mariah Holz-Keal.

In June 2009, he graduated from The Evergreen State College with a BA in Environmental Law and Political Science, during which time he was engaged in local politics and served as a member of the National Urban League. He went on to obtain his Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2012 from Gonzaga University. In 2014, he earned his certificate in Aerospace Composite in 2014 from Clover Park Technical College. To the time of his death, Donald was the owner of Canyon Summit Services where he could enjoy his lifelong hobby of detailing and working on cars.

Donald is preceded in death by his mother, Odean Keal; nephew, Kelvin Keal; sister, Janey Atterbury; and twin brother, Ronald Holz Keal. He leaves behind his children, his father, sisters Angie Edwards (James) and Colletta, both of Tacoma, Washington. Donald also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends, all of which will miss his signature laugh and loving, humorous spirit. On behalf of the Keal family, we thank you for coming together in celebration of his memory. May he rest.

**Out of respect for Donald Keal, group photos or selfies near the casket will not be tolerated. No exceptions. Thank you. – Kanisha Keal
