Mr. Mosakowski was born in New Jersey on June 16, 1955, to Alexander Mosakowski & Gloria Poland.
Mr. Mosakowski is survived by his Wife: Terrie Mosakowski of Boaz. Daughters: Ashley Baker of Guntersville, Katie Mosakowski of North Carolina. Grandchildren: Dawson Boyd, Landan Baker, Jeyanah Mosakowski, Brayden Baker, Emma Baker. Sisters & Brothers-in-Law: Beth & Wayne Salmon of Florida, Alice & Bill Henderson of South Dakota. Brother: Paul Mosakowski of North Carolina.
Mr. Mosakowski was preceded in death by his Parents: Alexander Mosakowski & Gloria Poland. Step-Mother: Connie Mosakowski. 6 Brothers & Sisters.
