Donald Palmer of Lincoln University, PA passed away on September 5, 2025 in West Chester, PA. He was born on January 12, 1927, in Hackensack, NJ to the late Sidney and Edith Palmer.

Don was an Army veteran and served from 1946-1947.

He retired from the Dupont Company in Delaware and laterdrove for Snap on Tools.

Don lived to learn enjoying all the local historical events. He especially enjoyed model trains, which he collected, and steam trains. One of the highlights of his life was several years ago when he not only rode on a train in Cumberland, MD but had his picture taken in the engineer's seat.

He never missed a Sunday at, Kemblesville Methodist Church,where he assisted by folding the bulletin each week for the Sunday service. Don was young at heart and, also enjoyed being involved with the children's ministry by helping with VBS, performing skits, lessons and handing out the free school supplies. Well into his late nineties Don continued to carry on he and his wife Shirleys mission helping children bring Jesus into their lives.

Don was a blessing to all who knew him.

Don was predeceased by his wife Shirley, who he never stopped loving, his parents Sidney and Edith Palmer and sister Barbara Palmer.
