Donald Ralph Proehl Jr., age 79, of Corcoran, MN passed away on August 14, 2025. Born on September 13, 1945.
Donald shared many cherished years with his beloved wife, Linda, whose memory he carried with him after her passing. Together they built a loving home and raised three children: Allen Proehl (Kristen), Michelle Sonderup (Michael), and Julie Hanson (Bryan). His legacy continues through his ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He found great satisfaction in working around the farm. He enjoyed traveling with family, visiting friends at the casino, fishing and hunting.
Donald is also remembered by his extended family, including brother- and sister-in-laws Don (Pat) Miller, Chuck (Connie) Miller, Gloria (Duane) Milless, and Judy (Dave) Peterson. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda; his parents Donald and Evelyn Proehl; his in-laws Jim and Margie Miller; and brother-in-law Bill Miller.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM at The Peterson Chapel 300 Main Street, St.Michael, MN.
Visitation with family starts at 10:00 AM
