Donald Asher Wolf

Donald Asher Wolf, 90, of Las Vegas, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019. Donald was born September 27, 1928 in Chicago IL to the late Nat and the late Fan Wolf. He married Marcia Ann Freeman on November 17, 1955 in Cleveland OH. He attended Valley Forge Military Academy, Ohio University, and Case Western Reserve. Donald served as a Captain in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed playing golf and bridge, horseback riding and spending time with his family, who affectionately referred to him as Papa Donny. Papa Donny is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marcia Ann Wolf, who referred to him as "My Wolfie"; children Laurie Kelman (Harry), Diane Frankel (Danny), Rob Wolf, Susan Moffitt (Tom), and Brian Wolf (Donna); 22 Grandchildren; 13 Great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews Michael Rubin, Jennifer Berman, and Jeremy Freeman. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Temple Sinai, 9001 Hillpointe Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89134. Contributions in Donald's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. The family wishes to thank Procare Hospice for the compassion that they provided, to the many doctors who took care of him during his illness, and his many friends who were always there for him.
