Donna Babb Obituary
Donna was born in Henderson, Kentucky on November 18, 1947 to the late Louis E. and Elsie M. (Johnson) Watkins. She graduated from Harrison High School in 1965 and Lockyear Business College in 1968. Donna was a member of Christian Fellowship Church. She retired after 25 years from PPG in 2006. After retirement she spent many hours volunteering at Potter's Wheel which she loved so much.
Donna is survived by her sisters, Judy Scott of Evansville, IN and Carla Young of Evansville, IN; brothers, Glenn Watkins of Evansville, IN and Louis W. Watkins (Kathy) of Newburgh, IN; step-daughter, Darla K. Young (Greg) of Evansville, IN; step-sons, James E. Babb (Barbara) of Evansville, IN and Gary Babb of Evansville, IN; and step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by the love of her life for over 48 years, Clayton E. Babb on April 17, 2018. They spent many weekends boating on Barkley Lake with family and friends.
According to Donna's wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Entombment will be held at a later date at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.

Good by dear friend. I met Donna in 1968 ,working at O'Daniel Ranes. We have kept in touch for all these years. Been closer the last few years, when we both worked at Penney's. We will miss her at our monthly dinners together. Rest in peace, my friend. Carolyn Richard.

I worked under Donna at Potter's Wheel and she quickly and easily became a friend. She was always working, always helping, and always had a smile ready to give! She cared deeply about people in need and will be sorely missed by all who knew her. I am thankful that she is at peace with Jesus now.
