Donna Jane Shearer Adkins Coffman, 67, of Junction City passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025. Born March 2, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Donald Lee and Peggy Jeanette Mobley Shearer. Donna was a member of Herrington Lake Pentecostal Church. She had previously worked as a medical technician at Charleston Healthcare and Stanford House. Donna enjoyed collecting pig figurines. She loved Jesus and her family and had been attending Bible studies at Junction City First Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly (David) Brown of Junction City; son, Donald Earl Adkins of Danville; brother, Larry (Darlene) Shearer of Danville; 7 grandchildren: Zachary Pendygraft, Amber Pendygraft, Lyndsey Brown, Patience (Jonah) Pfeifer, Raven Mullins, Gavin Mullins, and Donovan Mullins; and 2 great-grandchildren, Damien and Delilah. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Wayne Adkins, Jr., a brother, Thomas Shearer, and a sister, Dianna Shafer. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home with Bro. Mark Tolson officiating. Burial will follow in Junction City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shane Shafer, Eric Shafer, Gavin Mullins, Donovan Mullins, Cheyenne Shearer, Austin Shearer, Timmy Monteith, and JR Padgett. A Guestbook is available at www.wlpruitt.com.
