Donna K Morgan Davis passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Baptist Health Corbin after a hard-fought battle with COPD.
Donna was the youngest child of Joseph Asher and Mona Wills Morgan, born to them on September 21, 1938, in Woodbine, Ky.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Marie Hutchison and husband Noel, Ralph Morgan, Mildred Paul and husband Arvill, Bob Morgan and wife Rita, Shirley Shelton and husband Bill, and her cherished partner, A.R. Bud Ellison.
She is survived by her children; Carla Morgan Thomas and husband Jim and Marty Davis and wife Jill, her grandchildren; Tiffany Paige Davis and Eric Napier, Jodi Blake Boggs and husband Josh, Amy Chestnut and husband Ronnie, her great-grandchildren Abbigail Catherine, Maia Jordan-Blake, Carlyn Paisley, and Jaxon Blake as well as nieces and nephews.
Donna was a 1956 graduate of Woodbine High School and served as treasurer of the WHS Alumni Association helping organize and plan the yearly reunions. She retired from American Greeting Corporation after almost thirty years. She enjoyed playing Mexican Train Dominoes and Rummy, sewing, quilting, and loving on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donna was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends Friday, February 14 from 11 AM until 1 PM, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 PM at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home, with Rev. Keaton Smith and Wendell Shelton presiding. Donna will be laid to rest in the McFarland Cemetery at Cedar Gap.
Pallbearers will be Jim Morgan, Wendell Shelton, Josh Boggs, Eric Napier, Gary Martin, and Jaxon Williams.
