Donna Anne Jarboe

Jarboe, Donna of Flushing, age 80, died February 19, 2026, at her home. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, at Rossell Funeral Home. Her nephew, Dominic Palacios will officiate the service. There will be a gathering of family and friends at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home until the time of the service at 3 p.m.

Donna was born in Flint, Michigan on April 20, 1945, the daughter of Gilner and Jennie (Brozozwicz) Palacios. She was a graduate of Flushing High School, Class of 1963. She married Lee Jarboe on September 6, 1986. Mrs. Jarboe had been a secretary for 25 years at the Kalamazoo Health Department and later enjoyed her role as a homemaker until her passing.

Donna is survived by her twin brother, Donald J. Palacios; step-son, Martin "Marty" (Annette) Jarboe; grandson, Michael (Crystal Jones) Jarboe; great-granddaughters, Hudsyn and Bostyn; extended family members: sisters-in-law, Janet Burgess, Paula Rockford Palacios; nieces, Laura Clark, Gina Winfield, Michelle Rak, Kathy Palacios, Tammy Stickland; nephews, Luke Palacios, Dominic Palacios, Scott Barron, Tony Palacios, Vincent Palacios, Christopher Palacios; great-nieces, Rae Tsu and Sara Stickland; many friends, Francie Smith, Joyce Phillips, Karen Sutter; and special friends, Jeffery and Lori Fallis, Dawn Robbins and Ruby Liggins. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard and Phillip Palacios; sister, Clara; grandson, Robert Myers; sister-in-law, Joyce Palacios; nephew, Matthew Palacio; and most recently, her husband, Lee Jarboe on December 29, 2025.
