Donna J. Paul

Donna J. Paul, passed away peacefully at her residence in Scottsburg, Indiana, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on June 20, 1942, in Akron, Ohio, Donna was the loving daughter of Winiford and Dorothy (Bent) Doolittle, both of whom preceded her in death.

Donna's life was marked by her passion for refinishing furniture, a craft that she pursued with an artist's touch and an eye for beauty. Her skilled hands brought new life to countless pieces, each restored with love and care. Donna's professional life was spent at Amican Plastics, where she dedicated many years before her well-deserved retirement.

She is survived by her children: Harry (Denise) Prior, II of Akron, OH; Ronnie Lee Prior, Jr. of Akron, OH; Jeff (Amy) Morgan of Toledo, Ohio; and Teresa (Joe) Mikolajczkk of Toledo, Ohio. Her life was further enriched by her dear friend, Lee Ann Herald of Austin, Indiana. Donna's legacy continues through her eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Donna's journey through life was shared with three husbands, Ivan Paul, Robert Morgan, and Ron Prior, Sr., all of whom she outlived. She also bore the sorrow of saying goodbye to her son, James Dunn.

A graveside service to honor and celebrate Donna's life will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Spurgeon Cemetery in Austin, Indiana. Harry Prior will officiate the service. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather for visitation from 12 to 1 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home, before proceeding to the cemetery.
