Donna Marie Schoonmaker, passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on October 5, 1964, Donna's life was a testament to the power of family, faith, and community.

Donna grew up in a close-knit family and carried those values throughout her life. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Robert C. Schoonmaker, and a nurturing mother to her children, Catherine Buri (Mark), Danielle Will (Todd), and Robert D. Schoonmaker. Her role as a grandmother to Dean, Jacklyn, Peyton, Dallas, Mark, and Klaus was one she cherished deeply. The love she had for her grandchildren knew no bounds, and she adored every moment spent with them.

She is survived by her mother, Catherine Goodger, her siblings, James W. Goodger, Jr. (Heidi) and Christine Morris (Christopher), and was preceded in death by her father, James Goodger. Donna's legacy continues through her family, including the many nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.

Donna's commitment to her community was evident through her work as an ambassador of Deborah Heart and Lung, where she was instrumental in forming the Kensington Chapter, touching countless lives through her dedication and service.

An adventurous spirit, Donna relished in the joys of tent camping, exploring the vast beauty of the United States with her family. Her travels were not just trips but a series of memorable journeys that brought her closer to nature and the ones she loved.

Donna's story is one of a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and the courage to embrace every adventure. As we remember Donna Marie Schoonmaker, we celebrate a life that was truly a gift to us all. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were touched by her remarkable journey.

A visitation for family and friends will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church St., Blackwood, NJ 08012, with her service to begin at 11:00 AM.
