Donna Lynn Shackelford Moritz

Rock Hill, SC – Donna Lynn Shackelford Moritz, 53, passed away on June 15, 2024 at Piedmont Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Faith Family Christian Center, 3483 Homestead Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
Donna was born on February 13, 1971 in Rock Hill, SC. She is the daughter of Jeffrey Lynn Shackelford and Rosemary Faulkenberry. She was preceded in death by her dad, Kenneth Faulkenberry, who was a significant part of her life. She loved him very much and deeply loved her mother, Rosemary.
Donna worked at the hospital in the Billing and Coding Department. She enjoyed spending time with family and was present for anyone, always trying to brighten their day. She was actively involved in her church. She found happiness in all roles at the church, whether it was managing the kitchen, counting money, or helping with the senior citizen homes. Donna loved God and would offer the shirt off of her back to help anyone in need. She loved sports and tinkering with her little projects. Above all else, Donna loved doing anything that brought joy to others and to herself.
Donna is survived by her significant other, Brandon Moritz; her loving mother, Rosemary Faulkenberry; her two brothers, Michael Shackelford (Venus Shackelford) and Randy Faulkenberry (Janice Ford); her children, Robert Prescott and Brittni Latimer; and her three grandchildren, Izabelle Walker, Jonathan Walker, and Harlan Latimer.
