Donna Shaw Obituary
Donna was born in Denver, Colorado on December 11, 1942 to the late Edward and Dorothy (Clark) Mauser. Though life eventually brought her to Indiana, her heart always remained in Colorado. Donna was a former member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She loved bowling and found joy in teaching children how to bowl. Donna was a devoted and loving mother who cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Catherine Burch (Rick) of Evansville, IN; sons, Michael Shaw (Kristi Eidson) of Pensacola, FL and Keith Shaw (Karen) of Manhattan, IL; sisters, Rosalie Heuer of Loveland, CO, Carol Hurt (Bill) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Celeste Dwinell of Reno, NV; grandchildren, Kimber Boyer (Kyle), Nick Burch (Lauren), Amber Mullen (Stephan), Brittany, Dorothy, and Hanna Burch, Rachel Hennigan (Dan), Paige McCaslin (Connor), Brandon Shaw, Rachel Perry (Alec), Jacob and Zachary Medina; great-grandchildren, Landen, Axten and Declan Boyer, John, Grace, Parker and Luna Burch, Myrah Courtney, Lila and Bo Mullen, Bennett and Iris Dienst, Birdie and Petra Perry, Harrison McCaslin, Pearl and Cecelia Hennigan.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Edward "Little Eddie" Mauser Jr., great-granddaughter, Faith Perry and brother-in-law, Larry Heuer.
A celebration of Donna's life will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711.
Friends may visit from 2:00 pm until service time on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Browning Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, 225 E. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL 60611 in memory of Faith Perry.
