Donna Shuck

Donna Mae (Lebakken) Shuck was welcomed into her eternal home in heaven on June 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Donna was born December 4, 1937 to Emil and Myrtle Lebakken of Fergus Falls, MN.

Donna graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1955. She married the love of her life, Arlo Shuck on June 2, 1956. They had two sons, Kevin and Keith and two daughters, Bobbie and Dorothy; as well as over 40 foster children from 1987-2000. Donna began her working career in the banking industry and her love for numbers and detailed accounting remained with her throughout her life. Donna found comfort in projects and work requiring meticulous organization, such as bookkeeping, banking, cross stitch, embroidery, reading and was an amazing pianist. She had a deep appreciation for the simple moments as she basked in the magnificence of God's creation.

Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Arlo Shuck; parents, Emil and Myrtle Lebakken; brother-in- law, Dale Greiner and great-granddaughter Averee Lyn. She is survived by sons, Kevin (Cindy Wilson) and Keith (Dorene); daughters, Bobbie (Corey) Friedemann and Dorothy (Kory) Greiner; sister, Marcia Greiner; brother, Donald (Kathy) Lebakken; grandchildren, Mallory, Adam, Heather, Austin, Alyssa, Dallas, Taylor, Destiny, Cole, Grace, Leila, Paul, Emma; great-grandchildren, Taitym, Dalton, Berkley, Sutherlyn, Briggs, Huxley, Finley, Bailey, Melanie, Carter, Bentley, Bridgette, David, Alessio, Halen, and many nieces, nephews, and foster children.

Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2025 at Olson Funeral and Cremation in Fergus Falls, with a visitation one-hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Clergy: Reverend Kevin Patch

Interment: Lawrence Presbyterian Cemetery, Wendell, MN.
