Donna Young Obituary
Pomeroy - Donna J. Young, 89, of Pomeroy, died Sunday, January 4, 2026, at her residence.
Born October 25, 1936, in Chester, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Hobart and Vermont Brown Smalley. Donna was a graduate of Chester High School and homemaker her entire life. Donna was a caring and loving mother.
She is survived by one daughter, Teresa Riffle; three sons, Randy (Burtina) Riffle, Dennis Riffle and Dale (Kimberly) Riffle; fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by four sons, Robert Riffle, Monte Riffle, Donald Riffle and Allen Young and two grandsons.
Private graveside services will be held at the Chester Cemetery in Chester, Ohio at the convenience of the family. Friends are encouraged to sign the online guestbook at ehwfh.com.
