Donnie Headd

Donnie Headd, age 47, of Marion, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
He was born on August 8, 1977, in Herrin, IL, a son of Thomas and Maxine (Thompson) Headd.
He married Aimee Maragni on August 27, 1995 and together they have shared twenty-nine years of marriage.
Donnie was a graduate of Marion High School in the Class of 1996.
He is survived by his wife, Aimee Headd of Marion, IL; his children, Sarah Headd of Poplar Bluff, MO, Nathan Headd (Sydney Brown) of Champaign, IL and Elijah Headd of Carbondale, IL; grandson, Nolan Lee Headd; his mother, Maxine Headd of Marion, IL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Pastor David and Peggy Maragni of Marion, IL; brother, Chris Wilson of Marion, IL; sister, Imogene (Keith) Bell of Marion, IL; brother, Daniel (Elizabeth) Headd of Sikeston, MO; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Headd; and brother, Phillip Headd.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home, 900 North Court Street, Marion, IL.
The visitation will be at Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Following the time of visitation, the funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor David Maragni presiding.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
