Doris J. Cottage

Doris J. Cottage, age 87, of Perry, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Tri Point Medical Center. She was born February 19, 1935 in Westover, WV, the daughter of Newman and Ester B. (Fortney) Allen. She married Peter Cottage, Jr. on July 31, 1954. Doris worked as a maintenance coordinator at Lake County Hospital before retirement. She loved the outdoors, golfing and fishing with her husband. She adored her family and loved the time spent with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Peter; son, Michael (Kathryn) Cottage; granddaughters, Kristina (Drew) Fronczek and Melissa (Brett) Dubsky; great-granddaughters, Ashlyn Fronczek, Evelyn Dubsky, Olivia Fronczek, Alaina Dubsky. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kenneth Allen. A Graveside Service at Perry Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
