Doris was survived by her children, Richard Scott (Christine) Cunitz and Eric Cunitz; grandchildren, Richard Jr. (Brittany) Cunitz, Randy Cunitz and Erica Cunitz; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Donna Dance and one brother, Frank Lukach; She was also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Cunitz; daughter, Lisa Cunitz; brother, Charles Howard and her maternal and paternal grandparents;
Cremation rites have been accorded by Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery.
