Doris B. (Brault) Drollette, 91, of Rabideau Street, Cadyville, passed away on January 19, 2026, at the UVM Health Network, CVPH, just shy of her 92nd birthday, with her loving daughters and daughter-in-law, by her side.

She was born on February 8, 1934 in Cadyville, to the late, Wallace and Delia (Rabideau) Brault.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her late husband, Francis A. Drollette, whom she married on August 11, 1955 at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville by the Father Claude Gobet.

Also preceding her in death are a brother Richard; sisters, Rita (Philmore) Goddeau, Theresa (Henry) Sears; and three nephews, Jeff, Danny and Brian Sears.

Doris is survived by her children and their spouses, Bruce (Lynn) Drollette, Sheilah (Michael) Boyea, and Jennifer (Ron) Drollette-Hall; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Doris loved to play bingo and go to the casinos even going to Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

She was a former member of the Court Mother Admirable # 592 in Dannemora, a member of the Senior Citizens Council in Plattsburgh as well as a lifelong member of St. James Minor Church in Cadyville.

For many years, Doris took care of several kids in the area. The family would like to thank Darlene Medeiros for her dedication and service for the past six years as her caregiver and friend.

Doris's family will receive guests on Friday, January 23, 2026 from Noon to 1 PM at St. James Minor Church in Cadyville. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 1 PM with Rev. Carter Pierce, celebrating. Committal prayers and burial will be in the spring at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Dannemora.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Alexander's Catholic Church in Morrisonville or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru, 518-643-9055.
