Doris M. Hug, born 10 March 1949, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026 in Cypress, TX following a prolonged illness. Doris was preceded in death by David Mudge (father), Alice Mudge (mother), Robert Mudge (brother), Fredrick Heath (first husband), and Henry Hug (second husband). Surviving family members include Christine Heath (daughter), Dan Heath (son-in-law), James Heath (grandson), Lyle Mudge (brother), Heidi (step daughter), D'Ana (step daughter), and Shireen (step daughter). Funeral and memorial arrangements are private and limited to immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, the family requests condolences may be expressed via donations to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
