Nan was an immense nature lover. She was always up to taking long walks in Pennypack Park, gardening or bird watching. Along with these some of her interests included, watching Philadelphia sports teams, especially the 76ers, which included her favorite player Tyrese Maxey, painting by number, drawing and sewing.
A Life Celebration will be held in honor of Doris on Friday, July 26th, at the Dean Geitner Givnish Life Celebration Home located at 7900 Oxford Avenue (entrance on Borbeck Avenue), Philadelphia, PA 19111.
