Doris Marilyn Psaris

PSARIS, Doris Marilyn  age77, of Fenton, died Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. with Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will be held on 1 PM Thursday in Gaylord, MI at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-9 PM Monday and 12-9 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton where a scripture service will be held at 7 PM Tuesday evening. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Boysville. Mrs. Psaris was born February 5, 1928 in Detroit. She married George Psaris on October 25, 1948 and he preceded her in death in 1993. She lived in Trenton, MI before moving to Gaylord where she had lived until 15 years ago when she moved to Fenton. She was employed at the Sugar Bowl restaurant in Gaylord. Mrs. Psaris was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and St. Mary Catholic Church in Gaylord. She was active in the Knights of Columbus with her husband who was Past State of Michigan Deputy. Surviving are: son, Larry Psaris and wife, Katy of Rochester; three grandchildren, Crystal, April and Rob; special friend, Kathy Reico.
