On August 8, 1959 a daughter, Doris Tucker was born to the late Rufus and Ernestine Tillman of Eagle Lake, Texas and she took her eternal rest on June 3, 2025.
She had an undying love for gardening, yardwork, her loving pets, and children whom she loved and adored dearly, John Myers III (whom she called Squirrley from birth), Joseph McGill (whom she called Einstein from birth), James Evans Jr., Amelia Garza, Evelyn Garza, and Michael Garza.
She was predeceased by sisters, Ruthie and Sandra Tillman.
She leaves to cherish her memories, Auntie, Emma Tillman (Katie, TX) and a loving niece, Xenia Evans (James Sr.) Kingsland, GA. She shares so many years of memories with her best friends, Lorraine, Morris, Ryan, Jessica Garza and Sherry Delprado, as well as many other acquaintances. Doris will be sorely missed.
