My husband John and I picked up your uncle Donald for church for years. Because of our involvement with him we enjoyed getting to know Doanne. We still laugh as we remember some of his Donaldisms. Whenever we had a luncheon and there was something there he REALLY wanted, Instead of asking for it he would say "Doanne says its not polite to beg". The care your mom (and your family) showed Donald was certainly commendable... what a great example of helping one reach his potential.
