Survivors include son, Phillip A. Casey of Jefferson, GA. Grandson, Sawyer Casey of Athens, GA. Two brothers, David Parr (Carol) of Danielsville, GA and Lewis Parr of Commerce, GA. Two sisters, Bonnie Whisnant of Bunnell, FL and Barbara Sims (James) of Water Valley, MS. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
In accordance with Ms. Casey wishes, she will be cremated and no services are to be held.
