Dorothy departed this life on Saturday, December 28, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Margaret "Maggie" "Ma-Dea" Louise Ransom, father, James Gooch, and three siblings Barbara Jean Patterson, Bernice Gooch, and Gloria Ransom and dear friends Alice Sloss, Doris (Lawrence) Huggins, Ruth Lewis, Mary McCord, and Catherine Gooch. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted and loving husband Henry of 54 years, children Schonita (Nick) Kinzer, Michael (Jackie) Mimms, Keith Paskett, Monica Mimms, Tim (Tee) Marable, Bernard (Laura) Mimms and Dennis (Dia) Mimms; numerous grandchildren and great children; siblings twin sister Doris (Oliver) Jackson, John Marable, Carolyn (Thomas) Jones, Roslyn (Edward) Simmons, Jennie Houston, and George (the late Deloris) Mimms; dear friend and sister Debra (George) Cooper, and many family, church family and friends.
