Douglas Wayne Ellison, age 79, resident of Mobile, AL. Douglas was born on September 13, 1946, and passed away on October 22, 2025. He was a graduate of McGill Institute.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Fannie Mary Ellison and his father, Otis C. Ellison and his wife, Faye Salter Ellison. He is survived by his brothers, Chester Ellison (Cindy), and Steven G. Ellison. Sister, Darcia Lynn Ellison. Nephews David H. Ellison (Leisa) and LT jg Alan Renkl (Christina), nieces Carly Ann Hague (Tom), Amanda R. Delaney (James) and many other relatives and friends.
Douglas was employed at Keith Air Conditioning for 50 years, with 40 years as Installation Supervisor.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Viewing at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Chickasaw, AL from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. with Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 6100 Three Notch Rd., Mobile, Alabama.
