Douglas Moeckel Obituary
Doug was born in Lebanon on July 13, 1956 to the late Richard and Geraldine (Schmidt) Moeckel. He had obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University in graphic arts. Doug had worked for Easton Coach, where he was a transport driver. In his younger days he enjoyed sports, such as tennis and football.
Surviving is his brother John, John's wife Margaret, nieces Julie, Theresa, and Lauren, and nephews Joseph and Andrew.
Services will be private.

I met Doug about a month ago. He welcomed me into the new neighborhood and we talked for a few minutes while he was getting his mail. He was a nice guy. He will be missed. So sad seeing the house burn that night. RIP Doug
