Dear Bridget and family, I was so so sorry to hear about Doug. I was Doug's 4th grade teacher and I remember him as such a kind, thoughtful, and caring boy. He always had a smile on his face! I also remember how amazing he was in social studies! He loved learning! He was a student that all teachers long to have, and I was so lucky he was in my class. I know with the love of your family and support of friends, you will get through this most difficult time. Time will help. Sending thoughts, prayers, and hugs to you all. Take care....
