Douglas Peschel Obituary

Johnson Creek, WI - Douglas James "Doug" Peschel, 59, of Johnson Creek passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at his home. Doug was born on October 12, 1965 in Columbus to James and Judy (Weihert) Peschel. He graduated from Waterloo High School in 1984. He was a member of the 139 Operator's Union and spent most of his adult life working on a paving crew. He enjoyed watching the Brewers and Packers, going fishing, and socializing.

Doug is survived by his significant other, Kimberly ; daughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Peschel, Kayla (Colten) Maassen; grandson; Sully Maaseen; parents, James and Judy Peschel; sisters, Rhonda Peschel and Tracy(Steve) Filter; nieces Alexis and Kaitlyn Filter; nephew Jacob Filter. Kimberly's daughter Chasity Moritz; grandson Brody; and son, Brett Henning. He is preceded in death by his son, Sammy Peschel; and his mother, Judy Peschel.
