Dr. John Ulrich Obituary
Dr. John Warren Ulrich, age 53, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away suddenly on November 22, 2025. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on April 12, 1972, to Dr. Mark and Carolyn Ulrich.
A 1990 graduate of Twin Valley South High School, John attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 1998. Dr. Ulrich is the owner of Twin Valley Veterinary Services in West Alexandria. An avid outdoorsman, John loved hunting and fishing with his boys and spending his Saturdays cheering on his Buckeyes.
John is survived by his wife, Danielle, their six children: Cailey, Logan, Connor, Grant, Cole, and Chandler; four siblings, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Melissa (Dickson).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 9:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Patty Matthews officiating. Burial will follow at Twin Valley Cemetery in West Alexandria, OH. Online condolences and other remembrances may be sent by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
