We mourn the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Dru Sitter, who left this world on February 2, 2025, at the age of 61.
Dru was born November 22, 1963, in Seattle, King County, Washington, to Vern and Leota Sitter.
Throughout his life, Dru worked as a dedicated Boiler Operator, always providing for his family and setting an example of hard work and perseverance. In his free time he enjoyed listening to music, hockey, golfing, playing video games, vacationing, and fishing by the lake.
Despite his passing, Dru’s memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him. His legacy is one of strength, kindness, and unwavering love for his family. May he rest in peace, free from pain, surrounded by love and forever remembered by those who knew him.
Dru will be deeply missed by his four children, Ashley, Amanda, Kyle, and Christopher; his son-in-law, Brian; and his Daughters-in-law, Autumn and Bree. He was also a loving grandfather to seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Leota Sitter; his wife of 37 years, Lori Sitter; and his son, Jeramiah Sitter.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, with a viewing beginning at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Farnsworth Mortuary, 1343 South Lincoln Ave, Jerome.
