He is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law: Christopher Wion, Piqua, OH, Shane (Katie) Wion, Columbus, OH; two brothers and sister-in-law: Tom Wion, Piqua, OH, Richard (Connie) Wion, Piqua, OH; two sisters and brother-in-law: Annie Bell, Piqua, OH, Patricia (Raymond) Fuller, Piqua, OH; three grandchildren: Chrisa Wion, Stella Wion and Reed Wion; one niece Brandy Bell-Trapp; three nephews: Michael Wion, Mark Wion and Brian Fuller.
Duane attended Piqua Central High School. He was a member of Piqua Baptist Church. Duane worked for Grissom's Grocery Store and French Oil in Piqua, OH. He also worked for Valor Enterprises in West Milton, OH, Piqua Engineering, and Klinger's in Sidney, OH.
A Celebration of Duane's Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by MELCHER-SOWERS FUNERAL HOME, Piqua, Ohio. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.melcher-sowers.com.
