Dulce Maria Ramirez

Dulce Maria Ramirez, 64, of Wake Forest, NC, passed away on Friday January 10, 2025. She was born on September 12, 1960, in Bejucal, Santiago, Dominican Republic to Arturo and Francisca Ramirez. She immigrated to the United States in 1969 and graduated in 1979 from Lindenhurst High School; Continuing her education she graduated from Mandel School for Medical Assistants in 1981 and was an exceptional phlebotomist for 17 years. She was a longtime resident of Long Island, NY as well as Wake Forest, NC. She loved to dance, decorate, garden, shop, organize, and take photos; Dulce was a devoted Catholic with unwavering faith.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be missed by all. She will be remembered for her love, dedication, and devotion to her family and friends. With her presence, she had the ability to bring joy and warmth wherever she went. Dulce's love for her sons was boundless and she cherished every moment with them. Her love and joy multiplied with the arrival of her grandson and her charisma and enthusiasm for life was inspiring. Her warrior-like strength, optimism, and perseverance were admired by all. She was immensely loved by all of her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her uncle, Francisco Guzman.
She is survived by her sons Michael, Christian, and Abel; grandson, Arthur; and granddaughter, Aaleyah, as well as her Parents Arturo and Argelia, including her fiancé Carl Smith.

Funeral Mass will be held 2 o'clock Thursday, January 16, 2025 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church with at Rosary service starting at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens in Wake Forest.
A repast for the Ramirez family will be held from 6-9 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Pine Hill Pavilion, 375 Moores Pond Rd. Youngsville, NC 27596.
Friends are welcome to visit with the Ramirez family Wednesday afternoon January 15, 2025 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock at Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
