Dustin was born January 21, 1996, in Muncie, the son of Larry and Loretta (Blankenship) Foy.
Dustin worked in construction for most of his life.
He enjoyed playing video games, riding his bicycle, and playing basketball in his free time.
Dustin was also an animal lover.
He is survived by his father, Larry Foy; two brothers, Cody Foy and Anthony Foy; his paternal grandparents, Larry and Barbara Foy.
Dustin was preceded in death by his mother Loretta, and his maternal grandparents, Bill and Donna.
Private services will be held.
