Dustin Andrew Menard

Dustin Andrew Menard passed away February 10, 2023, in Bellingham, WA. He was born March 19, 1985, to George Andrew Menard and Rhonda Willingham in Redding, CA. He lived in California with his dad until he and his father and his sister moved to Omak, WA in 1996 to be closer to his grandmother and other family. He was able to get to know his Omak family and enjoyed living close to them.
Dustin attended Omak schools and graduated in 2003. He played soccer in high school and was active with his art work. He was known for his amazing artistic talent and painted many paintings for people in the area. One of his most known paintings was "Native American on his horse with the moon in the background" that was used by the Omak Stampede in 2015. Dustin was an easy going, compassionate, and gentle man that never wanted to speak badly of anyone.
Dustin began to travel quite a bit up until his death in Bellingham. He like the Bellingham area and returned to it often. He was loved by his family and friends and will be missed so very much.
Dustin is survived by his father, George Menard, step-mother, Vicki Bringman, sister, Daryl Menard, sister, Samantha Estrada, mother, Rhonda Willingham, brother, Derrick Lanning, daughter, Josephine Dutton, Son, Andrew Menard, daughter, Autumn Olsen. A memorial service will be scheduled for Dustin at a later date.
