Duvonne Adrian Frails was born May 5, 1998, to Monique Whyte and Charles Frails in Bridgeport Conecticut, and left us too soon on January 5, 2023, at the age of 24. He attended the Montclair, New Jersey School system, graduating from Montclair High School in 2016. He continued his formal education and began an exciting career in the culinary arts, which seemed to be a calling from childhood.
Duvonne was extremely charismatic, intelligent, and loving. He had never met a stranger, and to have met him is to know what smiling with your heart feels like. His love for his family and friends was undeniable. Duvonne loved basketball and video games. He was competitive but with honor and great sportsmanship (in the most annoying way), and always used every interaction in life to bring those around him together. Duvonne was a protector of many things, especially his siblings and speaking one's truth or "the Facts." In Duvonne's voice, "we have allll kiiinds of memories." Duvonne left us with many hilarious and joyous memories that will continue to bring us comfort and happiness for years to come.
Duvonne is the beloved son of Monique Whyte of Montclair NJ and Charles Edward Frails III of NY,NY : Cherished Grandson of Shirley & Daphne Whyte, Charles Edward Frails Jr. & Dorothy Cosey, Beloved Great grandson of Ms. Barbara Cosey; Devoted brother of Chelsey, Christian, Chloe,-(Kisha Vargas), Liam, Bella- (Shenelle Garrison): Dear Nephew of Damian & (Tricia) Whyte, Christopher & (Francia) Whyte, Daniel & (Melony) Whyte, Eric & (Taja) Frails, Errol & (Lauren) Frails, Devin Frails, Avril Morgan, Claudia & (Milton) Baskerville, Grace & (Richard) Corvino, Kandise & (Orande) Small, Kelli Daniels, Destiny Frails, Charisma Frails... and in Duvonne's voice, "Allll Kiiinds a aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family" who loved him dearly.
Funeral Arrangements were private under the direction of Compassionate Cremation Services, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
