Dwayne took care of my husband for nearly a year. He taught me how to operate a wound vacuum machine and to be an expert bandage maker. My late husband , John, and I were very fond of Dwayne and stayed in touch throughout the years. We lost an angel and he will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to the family. Dwayne was an amazing wound care nurse and his patients loved him. He will be missed.

Dwayne was at first my mentor. He was a gifted nurse with talents for wound care and healing beyond those of anyone I had ever seen or have since. He became much more than a colleague though, he became a friend. Holiday parties, float trips, drinks, birthday parties, loooooong phone calls. He will be missed early by all of those who knew him.

My most sincere condolences to the family. I have exclusively referred home health patients to Dwayne over the past 15 years of my career as a Podiatrist. Patients adored him and I always entrusted Dwayne to give the highest quality of care. He saved many limbs during his career and he was passionate about wound care. I am heartbroken to hear the news.
