Dylan Trotter Liberty – Dylan Scott, Trotter, 17, of Liberty, passed from this life Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Dylan was born in Easley, a son of Scott and Tina Finley Trotter. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church in Easley and served the Liberty Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter. Dylan was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He loved four wheeling and he never met a stranger; he would talk to anyone. He also loved his cattle dog Sandy. Survivors include his parents, of the home, his sister, Jessica Trotter and her boyfriend Dillon Toby, of the home and his brother Derrick Trotter and his wife Blair of Easley and his best friend, like a brother, Chad Neison. His grandparents include, Donnie and Charlotte Trotter of Marietta, Doris and John Lee of Liberty and Gordon (Red) and Barbara Finley of Easley. Dylan is also survived by a number of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4PM Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens with funeral services following at 4 PM in the funeral home chapel. Memorials may be made to the Liberty Fire Department, 206 West Front Street, Liberty, SC 29657 or to the Greenville Children's Hospital, 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
