E. Lovina Fetterman, 100, passed away Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, in Oak Glen Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Lewisburg.
Lovina was born Dec. 26, 1924, in Sunbury a daughter of the late Harry L. and Katie M. (Wolfe) Trometter. On June 28, 1947, she married Harold J. Fetterman who preceded her in death on Dec. 25, 2007.
She was a graduate of Sunbury High School,
Lovina worked in a sewing factory.
She was a member of the Augusta Baptist Church, Sunbury.
Lovina enjoyed crocheting, flowers, gardening, camping and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Janet L. and Fred Shipe; son and daughter-in-law Harold E. and Sandy Fetterman; grandchildren Tammy (David), Travis, Jeffrey, Stacey (Kimber); great-grandchildren Joseph, Eliana, Kortlynn, and Silas; her sister Grace and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her 11 brothers and sisters.
A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, at the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State Street, Sunbury where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington.
In lieu of flowers donations in Lovina's memory may be made to Emmanuel Homes, 800 Priestley Avenue, Northumberland 17857.
